Affordable Services include, but are not limited to:

• ​Managing all contracted and service work, including property renovations,  seasonal maintenance, repair, construction, installations, and security detail

• Seasonal shutdown/ open services

• Arrangement of household staff, including nanny services, housekeeping, lawn care, pool service, snow removal, electrical, plumbing, etc. 

• Wait service: receiving service personnel (e.g. repairs)

• Key date reminder services

• Car maintenance and detailing

• Monthly household expense accounting 

• Housesitting Services, including animal care

 

      Rates range between $30 and $35 per/hr.
